The EC850 from Apera Instruments is a compact and easy-to-use portable meter designed for measuring conductivity (EC), TDS, and temperature. Its rugged design, featuring a silicone cover and IP57 waterproof and dustproof rating, makes it ideal for use in the field, even in harsh environments.

Equipped with the BPB 2301T-S conductivity electrode, the EC850 offers precise and reliable measurements across a very wide range (0 – 200 mS/cm). The electrode features Apera’s unique BPB (Brush-resistant Platinum Black) technology, ensuring long-lasting durability. The integrated temperature sensor allows for automatic temperature compensation (ATC), ensuring accurate readings across varying temperature conditions.

The large, illuminated LCD display shows conductivity values and temperature simultaneously, along with measurement and calibration information. The EC850 also supports 1- to 3-point calibration and has a self-diagnosis feature for easy troubleshooting.
