The PH850-SA from Apera Instruments is a compact and easy-to-use pH meter designed for precise pH, ORP (electrode sold separately, e.g., 301Pt-C), and temperature measurements in strongly alkaline solutions (up to pH 14). It is ideal for applications that require accurate pH testing in basic or alkaline environments.
The included LabSen® 841 pH electrode features a special HA glass membrane, minimizing alkali error when measuring high pH values. The electrode is designed for use in high-temperature solutions, with a temperature tolerance of up to 130°C (266°F). An MP500 temperature sensor is included for accurate temperature measurement, ensuring precise results even in varying conditions.
The PH850-SA is housed in a rugged silicone cover, making it waterproof and dustproof (IP57), perfect for use in harsh field conditions. It also includes a fold-out stand for convenient indoor use. The large illuminated LCD displays pH, temperature, and additional measurement data. The meter supports quick 1- to 3-point calibration, and the self-diagnosis function helps with troubleshooting.
