The PC850 from Apera Instruments is a compact, easy-to-use portable meter designed for precise pH, conductivity (EC), TDS, ORP (electrode sold separately, e.g., 301Pt-C), and temperature measurements. Its rugged design, with a silicone cover and IP57 waterproof and dustproof rating, makes it perfect for field use, even in harsh environments.

Equipped with the 201T-F pH electrode and the 2031T-S conductivity electrode, both featuring integrated temperature sensors, the PC850 ensures accurate readings with automatic temperature compensation (ATC). The 201T-F pH electrode utilizes a unique low-resistance glass membrane for fast and reliable pH measurements, while the 2031T-S conductivity electrode uses Apera’s BPB (Brush-resistant Platinum Black) electrode technology for high-precision conductivity measurements over a wide range (0 – 200 mS/cm).

The meter’s large, illuminated LCD display shows conductivity, pH, and temperature readings simultaneously, along with additional measurement and calibration data. The self-diagnosis feature supports calibration and troubleshooting, ensuring reliable performance. The BNC connector is also compatible with LabSen® series electrodes for even more application possibilities.
