The PH8500-SS by Apera Instruments is a high-precision pH meter designed for food samples and semi-solid materials. It accurately measures pH, ORP (electrode sold separately, e.g., 301Pt-C), and temperature in foods like meat, cheese, dairy products, and fruit, as well as soil and other semi-solids.

Equipped with the LabSen® 753 pH electrode, featuring a pointed, stable glass membrane and solid polymer electrolyte, this meter ensures precise penetration without clogging. The food-grade titanium alloy casing makes it durable, easy to clean, and stable. An integrated temperature sensor enables automatic temperature compensation (ATC) for highly accurate results.

With IP57-rated waterproof and dustproof protection, the PH8500-SS is ideal for both laboratory and field applications, even in harsh environments. It includes GLP-compliant data management with 500 memory groups and USB connectivity for real-time storage and PC data transfer.
