Delivery Coverage

We offer delivery to the United Kingdom and a wide range of international destinations. All deliveries are managed by DHL, a trusted global courier.

Shipping Charges

We apply flat-rate shipping charges based on your delivery country. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

UK Deliveries: A 20% VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in the product price and applies to all deliveries within the United Kingdom.

Bulky Items: Additional delivery charges may apply for large or bulky goods. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the final shipping cost.

Payment Methods

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3-14 working days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be longer during public holidays or sale periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation You can monitor the delivery status through your Lancetech customer account dashboard.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the parcel, DHL will typically leave a calling card with instructions for rescheduling or collection. If the parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no extra cost to you.

Important: Do not return any item before receiving confirmation from our support team.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • In cases of cancellation, the original delivery charge is also refunded (standard rate only).
