If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement, credit or refund.
How to Request a Return
- Email info@lancetechltd.com with your order number, the item(s) concerned and the reason for return.
- Our team will issue a returns authorisation and instructions. Please do not return goods without authorisation.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your replacement, credit or refund promptly.
Conditions
- Goods must be unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition unless returned as faulty.
- Certain items cannot be returned unless faulty: sterile or single-use consumables with broken seals, certified reference materials, custom or special-order items.
- Faulty goods are replaced or refunded in full including reasonable return carriage.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
