These terms govern the sale of goods by Lancetech Limited (“we”, “us”) through lancetechltd.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Ordering & Prices

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown excluding taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise; applicable VAT and carriage are confirmed at checkout or in your quotation. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to acceptance.

Quotations

Written quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Volume pricing and lead times are confirmed in the quotation.

Payment

Payment is due as specified at checkout or on the invoice. Goods remain the property of Lancetech Limited until paid in full.

Delivery & Risk

Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect consignments on receipt and notify us of damage or shortages within 48 hours.

Product Use

Products are supplied for professional laboratory and industrial use and should be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s documentation. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitability for their application.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our liability in respect of any order is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned.
