PH850-FT pH Meter for Surface Measurements

The PH850-FT from Apera Instruments is a portable and easy-to-use pH meter designed for measuring pH, ORP (electrode sold separately, e.g., 301Pt-C), and temperature on smooth surfaces. It is particularly well-suited for surface measurements on materials such as skin, paper, leather, fabric, textiles, and more.

The included LabSen® 373 pH electrode features a flat glass membrane, making it ideal for precise surface measurements. The electrode is protected by a polyoxymethylene (POM) sheath that provides corrosion resistance and impact protection. The integrated temperature sensor allows for simultaneous pH and temperature measurements, with automatic temperature compensation (ATC) ensuring accuracy across varying conditions.

The PH850-FT is housed in a durable silicone cover, making it waterproof and dustproof (IP57) for use in harsh environments. The fold-out stand provides convenience for indoor use, while the large illuminated LCD displays pH, temperature, and additional measurement data. The meter supports quick 1- to 3-point calibration, and the self-diagnosis feature helps with troubleshooting.
