Reagecon's Spectrophotometry Stray Light Inorganic 220 nm Cut-off Filter - Sodium Iodide (ChP) is formulated to give zero absorbance at 220 nm wavelength. This standard is used to indicate to the analyst that the instrument is measuring light omitted from a source, other than through the sample cuvette. This Spectrophotometry Standard is prepared gravimetrically on a weight/weight basis. Both solute and solvent are weighed on a balance calibrated by Reagecon engineers using OIML traceable weights. Reagecon holds ISO 17025 accreditation (A2LA Ref: 6739.02) for calibration of laboratory balances.
